I just am disappointed how i feel about my weight!

I manage to be good about what i heat on major part of the week and then on a day or two i just give everything to loose!

June 14th 2008 - 10.015 Km in 56 minutes

Great run today, i am happy with the progress that i am doing, i had planned a bicycle day, but changed plan, and aved a rest day for tomorrow and gone for another 10km journey today!

I have choose a different running path for today, re-designed a new urban circuit, has proven to be more challenging than yesterday, even so i got a extremely better time. I believe i am getting into shape!

Tomorrow will be resting day, some football in the morning just to stretch out.

June 13th 2008 - 10 Km on 1h08m yuppi!!

I made my weekly goal, achieve the 10 km mark, and with a good time on top of it. 1h08m was a great surprise for me, i am struggling with the stop i have made after the Lisbon Half-Marathon and this time gives me strenghts to achieve my goals faster.

About street and gym runs, it's not the same, don't try to compare them, street circuits are harder, the sun, the wind, the climb up and down, it's not like running on the gym.

Today i had a huge struggle with myself, but the important is to never give up!

Tomorrow i will make a 30 minutes bycicle walk, it~s almost resting day!

June 12th - 8.64 Km on 50 minutes

I am trying to push on my distances, so i am enlarging the time and distance that i run, today i achieved to make 45 minutes running, and the last 5 minutes walking, i was feeling really good, only stopped due to time constraints.

June 09 2008 Monday Training Session - 7.05 Km

Todays goal was to achieve 40 minutes, i am aiming to make 1 hours on Friday, so i will try to get as closer as i can until Wednesday!
